DFW METROPLEX AFFECTED BY SEVERE STORMS

Arlington, Dallas, Grand Prairie, Mesquite and Richardson amongst the most affected cities within the DFW after powerful winds rip through causing extensive damage.
Severe Storms Cause Widespread Damage
The morning of Saturday March 9th, 2019 some parts of the DFW experienced high winds and hail.
According to reports on the storm tracker website www.stormersite.com the storm brought winds between 75-85mph to Mesquite and quarter size hail to some areas of Carrollton at around 7:30AM.
Residents of Mesquite in the Bruton Rd and interstate 635 area woke up to a Ef-0 Tornado that landed in the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church parking lot which eventually made its way to the residences on the other side of the interstate. Multiple homes were affected by the high winds that swept through a couple of streets. The homes in the path of the tornado suffered extensive exterior damages.
Four days later on Tuesday March 13th, 2019 another storm passed through the Dallas Forth-Worth area with winds of up to 85 mph. Multiple homes and businesses reported structural damages.
